Instructions:

Press
the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
·
Heat
the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
·
Add
the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
·
Add
the tofu cubes and stir-fry until they are golden brown on all sides.
·
Add
the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the wok and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes
until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
·
Pour
in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste; stir well to combine
all the ingredients.

Cook
for another 2-3 minutes until heated through, then remove from heat.
