Stir-Fried Tofu with Vegetables

Ingredients:

·         150g of firm tofu

·         100g of bell peppers

·         50g of broccoli

·         30g of carrots

·         2 tablespoons of soy sauce

·         1 tablespoon of sesame oil

·         1 teaspoon of garlic, minced

·         1 teaspoon of ginger, minced

·         Pinch of salt and pepper to taste


Kitchen Tools Needed:

·         Wok

·         Spatula

·         Knife

·         Cutting Board


Instructions:

·         Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into bite-sized cubes.

·         Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.

·         Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

·         Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry until they are golden brown on all sides.

·         Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the wok and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

·         Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste; stir well to combine all the ingredients.

·         Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through, then remove from heat.
