Ingredients:

·         200g of fresh salmon fillet

·         100g of tuna fillet

·         50g of octopus

·         1 tablespoon of soy sauce

·         ½ tablespoon of wasabi

·         1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

·         1 radish, thinly sliced

·         1 tablespoon of pickled ginger


Kitchen Tools Needed:

·         Sharp knife

·         Cutting board

·         Plate


Instructions:

·         Begin by ensuring all seafood is fresh and properly stored.

·         Using a sharp knife, slice the salmon fillet into thin, delicate slices, about 1/4 inch thick.

·         Repeat the slicing process with the tuna fillet and octopus, making sure to keep the slices uniform.

·         On a large plate, arrange the slices of salmon, tuna, and octopus aesthetically to create a beautiful platter.

·         Add the thinly sliced cucumber and radish around the sashimi for garnish and added crunch.

·         In a small bowl, serve the soy sauce and wasabi on the side for dipping.

·         Include a small pile of pickled ginger on the platter for a palate cleanser.
