Natto Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

·         150g of cooked rice

·         50g of natto

·         1 tablespoon of soy sauce

·         1 green onion, chopped

·         1 teaspoon of sesame oil

·         1 soft-boiled egg


Kitchen Tools Needed:

·         bowl

·         spoon

·         microwave


Instructions:

·         Place the cooked rice in a bowl.

·         In a separate bowl, stir the natto and soy sauce together until well combined.

·         Top the rice with the natto mixture.

·         Add the chopped green onion and drizzle sesame oil on top.

·         Carefully peel the soft-boiled egg and place it on top of the natto rice bowl.

·         Gently break the egg yolk before serving to mix in with the toppings.
