Hearty Chicken Ramen

Ingredients:

·         150g of ramen noodles

·         300ml of chicken broth

·         100g of cooked chicken, shredded

·         50g of bok choy, chopped

·         1 boiled egg, halved

·         1 tbsp of soy sauce

·         1 tsp of sesame oil

·         1 green onion, sliced

·         1 tsp of ginger, grated

·         1 clove of garlic, minced


Kitchen Tools Needed:

·         Pot

·         Knife

·         Cutting Board

·         Ladle


Instructions:

·         In a pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

·         Add the ginger and garlic into the simmering broth and let it cook for about 2 minutes for enhanced flavor.

·         Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil to the broth for added depth.

·         Add the ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions, usually around 5-7 minutes.

·         While the noodles are cooking, prepare the bok choy by adding it to the pot in the last 2-3 minutes of cooking to wilt it.

·         Once the noodles are tender, stir in the cooked chicken to heat through.

·         Ladle the ramen into a bowl, placing the halved boiled egg on top along with the green onion slices.

·         Serve hot and enjoy your hearty chicken ramen!
