Instructions:

In
a pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

Add
the ginger and garlic into the simmering broth and let it cook for about 2
minutes for enhanced flavor.

Stir
in the soy sauce and sesame oil to the broth for added depth.

Add
the ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions,
usually around 5-7 minutes.

While
the noodles are cooking, prepare the bok choy by adding it to the pot in the
last 2-3 minutes of cooking to wilt it.

Once
the noodles are tender, stir in the cooked chicken to heat through.
